06/11/17 - Same sleep different day

Greetings,

It's been 4 days since we adopted the biphasic sleep process, and yet not one of those days have I taken a nap. That is why it has constantly been a struggle to wake up/feel energetic. This sleep cycle requires you to free up some time in the afternoon beforehand, for every day of the week, as to not die of tiredness.

We are still in the process of recording all 3 of our sleeping data, but since our sample is still relatively small today, I shall wait perhaps a week or two before actually starting to look at the data analytically.
